Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how ALIGN uses cookies and similar technologies on our websites and in the Service, and how you can control them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in a comparable way. Cookies can be "session" (deleted when you close your browser) or "persistent" (kept for a set period). They can be set by us ("first-party") or by a third-party service we use ("third-party").

2. The cookies we use

We group cookies and similar technologies into categories. Only strictly necessary technologies are used without your consent; anything non-essential is used only if you opt in.

Strictly necessary

Required to run the Service and cannot be switched off. They keep you signed in, remember your consent choices, and protect the Service against abuse. For example, our authentication keeps your session, and our early-access form uses an anti-bot check.

Functionality

Remember your preferences, such as interface settings, to improve your experience. These are optional.

Analytics

Would help us understand, in aggregate, how the Service is used so we can improve it. We do not currently use analytics cookies. If we introduce them, they will be used only with your consent, and this policy and the consent banner will be updated first.

3. Third-party services

Some features rely on third parties that may set their own cookies:

• Anti-bot protection on our early-access form (to tell humans from bots).
• Demo scheduling, when you book a demo through our scheduling tool.

These services process data under their own policies. Additional providers, if added, will be listed here.

4. Managing your consent

When non-essential cookies are in use, you can accept or refuse them by category through our consent banner, and you can change your choice at any time from the [ TO COMPLETE: "Cookie settings" link/location ]. You can also control cookies through your browser settings, though blocking strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the Service.

5. Changes and contact
