Navigation & viewer chrome

The classic map furniture, each with its toggle and corner position:

• Zoom — plus/minus buttons; can display the current zoom level.
• Home — one click back to the view you configured.
• Compass, 2D / 3D, 3D Globe, Locate — view and camera controls. (3D relief has its own widget.)
• Scale — scale bar; metric, imperial or nautical units.
• Attribution — data credits; open by default or folded.

These controls follow the same model as the widgets: you pick which ones exist and where they sit; end-users simply use them, and nothing they do alters your configuration.
